The Beachshadow beach shade. Packed away the Beachshadow weighs 1.6 kgs is 76 cm long and is 9cm in circumference. Set up it is 138cm high and gives 4m2 of shade. The poles are strong, light and flexible and are made using the latest tent construction technology. Fabric is double stitched. The sun shade fabric is 50+ SPF and has passed the strict Australian, New Zealand (AS/NZS4399) and British (BS EN 13758-1:2002) standards offering excellent protection from UVA and UVB rays. Each sun shade comes with 2 sets of specially designed pegs: Plastic for dry sand and metal for wet sand and soft ground such as grass or pebbly beaches. All kits include a windbreak, which can be used by itself or joined to the canopy, giving extra sun protection and a welcome relief from strong winds.
