How can I pay?

We do not retain your card details on our system and cannot read your credit card number as all information is encrypted and sent directly to 2Checkout.com, Inc. an authorized retailer of Rafisol.com.

Please note that on your credit card statement, payments will be displayed as paid to "2CO.COM Rafisol". All prices on our website are displayed euros. Please click onto the displayed currency converter link to see our prices in your currency. Your credit card company will automatically convert the transaction from euros to your local currency, at the current exchange rate, on your statement.

Customers can also pay using Paypal or by bank transfer. Please email us at info@rafisol.com or call +34 958 958 333 for details.

If our lines are busy, your call will be transferred to our answer phone. Please leave a message, and we will call you back as soon as possible.

We also accept money orders and checks in Euros, however, no merchandise will be shipped until your check or money order clears our bank. Please consider one of the other options!

How are delivery costs calculated?

We have straight forward flat rates.

Within Spain: For all orders within Spain postage and packaging is free. For orders including the UV tent, Euros 6.90 will be added.

To all other Countries in the EU: Postage and packaging is EUROS 8.90 (About £5.60-similar to UK first class prices)

To all other world destinations: Postage and packaging is now EUROS 11.90 (3 EUROS cheaper then last years price! Equivalent to $US14 or £8)

Depending on the country, goods may be subject to import duties, taxes, and custom processing fees. Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees as we have no control over these charges. To our knowledge, none of our customers has paid an import tax on his/her package.

At our discretion, some items may be dispatched directly from our suppliers and maybe sent by a different method, including courier, at no extra cost to you.

How long will delivery take?

Unless otherwise stated, orders are dispatched within 24 hours, and are sent by standard delivery. No signature is required on receiving goods. If an item is out of stock, or dispatch otherwise delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible by email or telephone.

You can buy from us knowing that your order will receive our personal attention and any queries or problems will be dealt with within 24 hours.

Where will you ship to?

We ship to almost every country, however, please check our site, as some of our goods are only shipped to Spain. We regret that we can only deliver to the address of credit card holder/payee.

What if I need to return something?

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days, unworn, to exchange for another size or colour, or to receive a full refund within 30 days of cancellation. The customer must take care of the goods whilst in their possession. Goods must be returned unused and unworn with all the original packaging and labeling intact and adequately packaged to protect during transport. The customer must cover delivery costs of returned goods, however if goods are confirmed as faulty, we will reimburse costs.

Please retain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for non delivery of returned goods.

Privacy Policy

We take the privacy of our customers seriously and are committed to the following policy: While using the Solkids web site you will be asked at various stages to provide us with information about yourself and your financial details needed to process payment for the goods you order. This will predominantly take place in the 'check out' procedure and is encrypted before being sent to us. The only information collated will be that to allow Solkids to process your order.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).

Sales Tax

For goods sold within the EU sales tax relevant to YOUR country will be added. This policy follows EC law. It is now illegal to sell to countires within the EU without charging sales tax in this way.

For example, customers in the UK will be charged 0% sales tax (VAT) as this is the current rate on children’s clothing in the UK.

Customers in Denmark, however, will be charged 25% sales tax as this is the current rate in Denmark.

Sales tax will not be added to goods sold to countries outside the EU.
